3/31/2012 My car got stolen in early February, so I had to find something reliable and decently priced. This place was a Godsend. The customer service was awesome, prices were fair, and it's been 2 months with no problems from the car. I didn't find anything I wanted the first time around, but he called me back a week later with a car I wanted really bad --in my price range, too! My fiance bought his at fiesta motors in Ontario and it has been a complete NIGHTMARE. If you want honest people, try 5 Grand. It's hard to find an honest auto business, but this is definitely one of the very few.

3/8/2012 HONESTY OVER PROFIT. That is how I would describe the owner Kip, and his sales team at 5 Grand Auto Land and HERE IS WHY: After taking the time to get to know Kip over a period of about 2 months we finally struck a deal on a car I liked. A really clean Chrysler 300M that ran great. I had the car for about 3 weeks when I got a call from Kip. He said "Mike, we have a problem. We just got a call from the DMV. They were processing the Title paperwork and their records show the that the car we sold you has a "Salvage" Title." Kip then went on to educate me about how this negatively impacts the value of the vehicle, as well as a host of other details I wasn't aware of. The Bottom Line is that Kip offered me a full refund on the spot; No questions asked and offered to make me a killer deal on any other car on the lot that I might be interested in. I was duly impressed with his integrity and would highly recommend 5 Grand Autoland to anybody looking for a quality used car.

1/11/2012 Excellent cars for a very decent price. Kip and his staff are amazing people to do business with and I am so very pleased with my purchase. I definitely would reccomend anyone and everyone to 5grand Autoland.

6/16/2012 Today I went in and talked to Pat, unlike the other dealers in Oceanside he wasn't forcing me to buy a car. It was awesome, he asked me what i wanted i told him and unfortunately i wasn't able to get anything at the moment. I didn't get a vehicle at this place right now but i know once i finally am able to finally get one i know i will be going here for my first and last stop. they know how to really make a customer feel welcome and are doing everything right, i will recommend everyone i know that wants a car to go to them first. The vehicles are in great shape, they detail them completely. If you go here you wont be disappointed, you wont feel like you just got worked over by someone, they treat you like a human being not just another sale, they are amazing. i recommend you go here before anywhere else.
